Bosa 1 comes from the location in Southern California called little Saigon the largest population of Vietnamese outside of Vietnam. The main street is called Bolsa Blvd. We wanted to express that this is where our great food comes from.

The main food dishes that we serve are broken rice called Com Tam.

One of our other great items is Nem Nuong Cuon, a healthy spring roll wrapped in soft rice paper with grilled pork and grilled srimp. (See menu for all details) 

We also have a few soup dishes called Bun BO Hue (spicy beef soup) and Bun Rieu (tofu crab soup) (See menu for all details).
